Three procedures, meant to be used in this order for a machine coming out of long storage:

1. Post-Storage Inspection
What to check given the machine has been sitting — grounded in known issues and real storage failure modes.
2. Startup Procedure
Step-by-step diagnostic startup — ground controls only, nobody in the platform.
3. Periodic Maintenance
Engine and machine maintenance schedule, transcribed from the factory documents.

Do the post-storage inspection first, then the startup procedure, then move onto the regular periodic-maintenance cadence once the machine is running reliably.
